I can take a day off when I'm dead! A lot of days off! Actually, I take a day when I need it, but like a lot of people, it's hard to really turn the brain off. Even when I'm taking a day off I'll still jot down ideas or funny comments. I don't know what feels better -- recharging by turning it all off for a day or the sense of accomplishment of writing something good. I think I'll take a day off and ponder this.
