The next installment of the four-part series on writing snags will be here tomorrow.
Right now, it’s accountability time! I’m showing up with what I got done and I expect you to show up with what you got done. We’re accountability buddies!
As for Me
I did two new drafts of the OMG! TV pilot outline, which I can’t share here because it’s proprietary. I promise I’ll let you know when that’s viewable.
I posted an article on Substack every day, worked on my Substack branding and welcome note, and hosted a live chat with Andy Borowitz. I’m getting the hang of these chats after doing a couple of them. It seems Substack treats them like podcasts.
I uploaded almost all the files for the audiobook of the excellent Very Good Copy that I read and recorded for Eddie Shleyner. I’ll attach a chapter from it (“Impossible Headlines.” I’m held up because I fell ill this week and my voice still sounds stuffed up. I just have a few more pickups to record.
Next week I hope to make progress on my Creativity Machine book and other projects.
How About You?
What did you get done? Let me know in the comments.
