Here I am, showing up with my creative work for the week. We’re five days into February, and I’m making progress on my lofty goals for the month. I wrote one new chapter of my satirical sci-fi novel, Time Travel Agent, and a new (shortened) draft of my Onion movie treatment, all below.
I also did a lot of re-outlining of the novel, some comedy ideas, and posted to social media every day. I’ve been wanting to get ahead with social media, and this week I finally got a full week ahead. I’m feeling good about that.
I lost one day this week driving to Rock Springs, Wisconsin, to collect my drinking water for the month. Ten five-gallon glass jugs. I don’t drink coffee. I drink spring water. So, this was an important trip.
Next week, my goal is to post at least 10 new chapters of the novel and complete a new non-fiction book proposal for Creativity Machine. Hold me to it!
Your turn now. What did you accomplish this week? If you announced a plan last week, I’m holding you to it!
